Episode 25 'Virgin Road"
On their first date, Milia tries to kill Max. However,
sparks fly along with the daggers, and the two wind
up getting married. The Macross holds a public ceremony
with a grand speech from Captain Global, who supports
their union. Meanwhile, Bodolzaa orders the entire Zentradi
fleet to destroy the Earth along with the Macross. On
their wedding day, Max and Milia, along with the rest
of the people aboard the Macross, find themselves the
focus of the Zentradi attack.
Episode 26 "Messenger"
Groups of Zentradi mutiny and demand the negotiation
of a cease-fire with the Macross. Archivist Exedol is
sent as ambassador to the Macross. Lap'lamiz reports
these events to Bodolzaa. Little does she know that
her fleet as well as Britai's will be targeted along
with the Earth and Macross, for they have been contaminated
with "protoculture." Britai and Lap'lamiz ally with
the Macross against the Zentradi Main Fleet. What will
happen in the ensuing battle?
Episode 27 "Love Drifts Away"
The time has come for the final showdown. Hikaru admits
his feelings for Minmay but how will she respond? The
UN Forces prepare the Grand Cannon but will it be ready
in time? Minmay and Kaifun find themselves enlisted
to shock the Main Fleet with "protoculture," and Hikaru
ends up on the Earth, rescuing Misa.
Episode 28 "My Album"
It's been two years since the Macross and its Zentradi
allies destroyed Bodolzaa and the Main Fleet. There
were few survivors. A city has sprung up around the
Macross, built by the human and Zentradi survivors.
Minmay and Kaifun are traveling from city to city to
encourage those rebuilding their lives. Problems are
arising among the few Zentradi who are having trouble
adjusting to a life without war.
